Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026
A plain-English summary of how billing, cancellation and refunds work for Ascendra Pro.
Ascendra Pro pricing
- Monthly: £11.99 per month
- Annual: £119.00 per year
If the price shown at checkout differs from the above, the checkout price applies to your purchase.
Automatic renewal
Ascendra Pro is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period using your stored payment method, until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next period.
Cancellation
- You can cancel Ascendra Pro at any time from your billing settings.
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- You keep Pro access until that date — cancelling does not cut you off immediately.
- After that date no further renewal is charged, unless you choose to restart your subscription.
Upgrades
If you move to a higher-priced billing option (for example monthly to annual), Ascendra may charge you immediately for the new plan and may credit paid subscription time you have not yet used. The amount payable and the effective date are shown to you before you confirm, where applicable.
Downgrades
If you move to a lower-priced billing option, the change may be scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep the plan you have already paid for until that date.
Failed payments
- If a payment fails, we may notify you so you can act.
- You can update your payment method from your billing settings.
- If payment remains outstanding, Pro access may eventually be restricted.
- The applicable billing and grace behaviour for your subscription determines exactly when access changes.
Refunds
- Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the paid service for that period has been supplied, except where a refund is required by law or where Ascendra decides a refund is appropriate in the circumstances.
- If you think you have been charged in error — for example an accidental or duplicate charge, or a technical billing fault — please report it to support and we will investigate and put genuine errors right.
- We consider refund requests on their individual circumstances, including how much of the paid period has been used.
- Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have statutory cancellation and refund rights, including a 14-day right to cancel a contract for digital services in some circumstances. For digital services supplied immediately after purchase, whether that right still applies can depend on whether you expressly asked for performance to begin straight away and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel once the service was fully supplied. Where the service has only partly been supplied, any refund due may be reduced proportionately.
We do not claim that the 14-day right never applies to Ascendra subscriptions — if you believe it applies to you, contact us and we will consider your request under the law.
How to cancel
Cancel from your Ascendra billing settings, or through the Stripe customer portal where it is offered to you there. If you cannot access either, contact support and we will help.
How to request billing help
For anything billing-related — cancellations you could not complete, unexpected charges, refund requests or invoices — contact gansoventures@gmail.com. Please include the email address on your account and the approximate date and amount of the charge so we can find it quickly.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong with a payment, please get in touch with us first where you can — we can usually investigate and resolve billing issues faster than a dispute process. This does not affect any rights you have with your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
